Though the articles I’m choosing to post in this fantastic blog don’t have the specific topics of wiki, facebook or blogging, I feel it more demonstrates what kind of websites (besides flickr, delicious and this thing right hurrrr) have resulted from the web2.0. The online community has created websites like this and this that are direct results from either people’s posts or what they’ve contributed to the website.
I find both websites really intriguing. Postsecret is my secret (pun intended) obsession. New postcards/artwork of secrets are posted every Sunday. I think it demonstrates how the people of the internet can be what one website is entirely about.
The second website, “learning to love you more” assigns tasks that will help people to “live life to the fullest.” Examples: take a photo of two strangers holding hands, write your life story, feel the news, etc. This site especially is living proof of web 2.0. Once people on the web complete the assignments they can post either their photos or stories. We all have guilty pleasure of being nosy. This website lets you see into other people’s world guilt free. And thanks to the easy access of web 2.0 anyone can post anything. Even a boring life story.
